Elise is available to answer any questions Mon-Sun 8 am-4 pm. You should have a text chain going with her where she sent your check-in info (858-353-1319). She will happily answer questions during this time. After 4pm she will not be available unless it is an emergency.

Click on the maps section on your homepage to see where it is located. You’ll need to take the keys with you to open the trash area.

Click on the maps section to view where the laundry is. You’ll need to take the keys with you to access the laundry room.

The bank would be your best bet for this or you could try the grocery store.

If you arrive and someone is parked in your spot, try asking the other guests if they accidentally parked in the wrong spot. You can also text Elise. There are also tow-away signs with the towing company’s phone number, and you are welcome to call a tow truck.

You are right on the beach, and though the unit was cleaned before your arrival, as soon as you walk in there will be sand. Alas, that is life at the beach.

The floors were 100% professionally cleaned before your arrival. The sand here isn’t white and has a lot of black and grey in it. When the sand gets ground into the floor it turns black hence the bottom of your feet getting black.

Head to the kitchen and open the top drawer by the sink. There are actually hidden drawers within the drawers. You’ll need to pull open the second drawer located at the top inside the original large drawer.

We provide you with what is, on average enough toilet paper and paper towels. If you run out during your stay, you’ll need to pick some up at the local store.

Contact Elise or Matt at (760) 802-3881 to let them know what is happening. Noise ordinance rules kick in after 10 pm. If you do not want to confront them which is understandable, then please call us.

There is a lock at the top of the door that you need to unlatch or a piece of wood lying in the track that you need to remove.

This is not like your fridge at home. They are not always full of food so if you over-stuff the fridge with warm items it will take time to cool them.

We recommend unplugging the router and plugging it back in to reset it. If that doesn’t work you’re welcome to message Elise about the issue.
